Screen titles
A screen title is copied only after the title can already be seen. What is written down is the order in which the letters appear, plus the Aurora date of the reading.
The office does not invent a shorter title, a longer title, or a title in another language. If the letters are present, they are copied in the order they appear. If the letters are not present that day, the page writes that the title is not on the screen. A guessed title is not supplied.
The copy is not drafted ahead as a later acceptance or refusal by a store. The Aurora date is the day the letters were read, not a day on which a listing might change. Download totals stay off this page. Revenue stays off this page.
Shown lines and second readings can sit next to a screen title, but they do not replace it. A later reading that finds different letters belongs on the second-reading page, with the date the difference began. If the title or the reading date is still empty, write to thompson@thegreyhour.online and name this page in the letter.
