What this policy covers
This policy covers the company website and letters sent to that mailbox. No mobile application is confirmed. If an application is confirmed later, a separate section will be added. Data practices of an unconfirmed application are not described here.
Letters
When you write, we read the name, email address, page type, and message you enter. That text is used only to reply. Correspondence is kept until the matter ends. A longer period applies only when the law requires it. The submit control opens your own mail program. The website server does not keep the letter.
What this website does not load
This website does not load an advertising software package or a third-party analytics tool. Font files are stored on this website, so reading a page does not request a font from another company. Reading the pages does not require an account.
Host logs
The host may retain ordinary server logs, such as an IP address, a browser type, a time, and the address requested. Those logs are not used to build an advertising profile.
Cookies
This website does not set a tracking cookie.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because that sale and sharing do not occur, this page does not add a separate opt-out control.
Access and deletion
You may email us to ask what letter text we hold about you, to ask for a correction, or to ask for deletion. We answer within the time the applicable law sets.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If the policy changes, we replace the wording on this page and the effective date.
